APPETIZERS

Tropical Fruit Platter
A lavish display of fresh seasonal melons, papaya, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, tropical mango, and fresh seasonal berries.

Domestic cheese presentation
Lavish display of domestic cheeses to include: Swiss, cheddar, Monterey Jack and Jalapeno cheese with assorted crackers.

Antipasto Italiano
An Italian variety of cured meats, cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and banana peppers, imported olives with assorted crackers.

Bruschetta
Fresh tomato, mozzarella cheese, and basil on flat toasted bread.

Coconut Shrimp
Large butterfly shrimp is dipped in a mild coconut batter, rolled in a mixture of coconut breadcrumbs and deep-fried to perfection.

Shrimp Ceviche
Shrimp marinated in fresh lemon juiced with red onions, green peppers,
tomatoes, cilantro, and Latin seasonings.

Peruvian Fish ceviche
New “Authentic Peruvian Ceviche” mero marinated in fresh lemon juice with red onions, cilantro and mild Peruvian red peppers.

Avocado salad

Appropriately Attired Servers

We can cater all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for your event. We will be happy to provide you with a list of options available upon request. Additionally, we can provide you with professional bartender to serve your guests. We suggest one bartender for every 100 guests.

$85.00 per bartender (not included in the price).

Appropriately Attired Bartenders

25 % deposit is required to confirm the date or at contract signing.

Number of guests that will be attending is required approximately 1 week from event date. Guest counts cannot be reduced from this point.

Balance is due in full 3 days prior to the event based your guaranteed guest count.

Florida State Sales Tax (6.00%)

Cancellations made at least one week before the event date will be refunded at 50% of the original deposit.

If the event is cancelled within less than 7 days of the event date, Latinos y Mas Catering retains the right to the full deposit amount.
