Paella is a Valencian rice dish that originated in its modern form in the mid-19th century in Valencia, on the east coast of Spain.  Many non-Spaniards view paella as Spain’s national dish , but most Spaniards consider it to be a regional Valencian dish. Valencians, in turn, regard paella as one of their identifying symbols. There are three widely known types of paella: Valencian paella (“Paella valenciana”),  seafood  paella (“Paella de marisco”) and mixed paella (“Paella mixta”), but there are many others as well.

In our Paella’s preparation we use only the freshest seafood and highest quality ingredients. All of our Paellas are served with our delicious house salad or Caesar salad and Toasted garlic bread.

Paella can be served as Family Style or Buffet Style (for parties of 10 people or more).  You can also order to pick it up or you can have our chef come to you party and cook it for you on site for an additional fee.

Valencia is a region on the Mediterranean coast of Spain, between Barcelona and Murcia. There are as many versions of paella as there are cooks in Spain! This Paella features clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, calamari, chicken, pork, and chorizo, cooked in yellow saffron rice, with green peppers, roasted red peppers, Spanish onions, tomatoes, garlic, spices and a  splash of white wine.
